I was unlucky enough to hit a deer causing damage to the front grill of my Vauxhall Astra VX Line. Took my car down to East End Coachworks where my vehicle was inspected by the owner/manager. Car booked in for next day and delivered to my home complete with new grille that evening. Fantastic Job. Fantastic Service. Highly Recommended.

I recently was involved in an accident and a friend recommended Eastend Coachworks to carry out the repairs to my car as he was delighted with the service and quality of workmanship he had received. I am so glad I called them, from the minute they starting dealing with my claim until the car was delivered back I experienced fantastic professional customer service. Within 1 hour of contacting them I had my car collected and a courtesy car delivered to my workplace. A Vehicle Damage Assessor called me same morning to find out the accident circumstances and explained the repair precedures. A few days later a receptionist call to give me a progress report followed by a call a couple of days later to tell the job was completed and he made arrangements to have to car returned.When the car was delivered back to me I was amazed by its appearance, the car looked as if it was new again absolutley immaculate outside and inside, the quality of repairs were first class. Should anyone in the West of Scotland area ever need any accident damage repair I highly recommend this company.

My car was sent to this company for repair after someone drove into me, When I received the car back the passenger window was off the runner, ever bolt on the front passenger side wheel was loose which could have resulted in something serious, I got the report for what was fixed on the car and turned out they had ordered parts for my car that they didn't fit and parts that where not necessary either.I didn't like the attitude of the people we were dealing with on the phone they just didn't seem to care I wish I had just got my own quotes and used a different garage.
