One of the best franchised dealers I've ever used, in 25 years of motoring. Always good advice and good work. Gordon on service desk knows his job inside-out and can give great advice to customers. I travel 65 miles and pass quite a few garages and service centres on my way to Westbridgend Ford. Well done guys and thank you for the last 6 years where I have never gone anywhere else.

Hi Kenny Such high praise - yet a very average mark. Seems to be a bit of a contradiction, surly such high praise should score top marks? That would help us to identify who can be trusted at a glance.
