A few years a go I bought a used car from here and after 2nd MOT it was unroad worthy as whole of underside of car was rotten/rusty and dropping off. OK partly my fault for being stupid.
Company assured me it was just one bad employee so stupidly again I went back MAY 2011 for a service for my new car. It seemed to go ok but then noticed windscreen washers not working so lifted bonnet to discover some parts round my engine to do with the heater(fan cooling system?) were totally un attached and cables were not attached properly
