Westbourne Garage Ltd

i agree that people should be very aware that this garage is extremely unhelpful,they will give you a price for the job you need doing but on completion of work(which could be weeks later)the bill has worked upto a ridiculous amount,stay away from westbourne garage there are honest ones out there.

Worst experience ever, bought car from them to later realise that the mileage counter didnt work, the clutch was stiff, it didnt start first every time to name but a few problems. I rang and told them I would be returning the car but when I did they were extremely unhelpful. They refused to refund me the full amount I paid keeping £100 'for paperwork' they were extrememly rude and quite threatening. I would advise anybody not to buy anything from them.

One of the worst garage experiences I've had on a long time. Staff were rude, unhelpful, ridiculously slow, and disorganised. I only needed the tracking checking, and the air-con checking for leaks and re-gasing, and had booked it in a week in advance, and still had to waste the whole day coz they'd mixed up the booking and weren't willing to make any effort to rectify their error. That mix up aside I'm also not happy with the quality of their work as I think the tracking still isn't right and think the air-con is still leaking. I'm probably going to have to get both jobs done properly elsewhere and can't see me getting anywhere if I try to request any kind of refund.

I've since heard from other friends that they've had problems with Westbourne doing incomplete or improper jobs, exaggerating the extent of the problem or other work that has been or needs to be done. I wish I'd just gone to quick fit or one of those kind of chains coz I would have got better service. I only went to them coz I'd been quite impressed with them when I bought the car from them a few months ago.

Never again!
