I believe the garage could improve by trainig thier staff on how to talk on the phone to cusomters and use thier manners.Without meaning to they come across as rude.They could also lower prices to become more competitive as they are rather expensive...... lets face it they are not the only specialist garage in nottngham.Other than that good garage!
