Bongate Garage

Worst garage I have anything to do with stay away front of garage is full of scrap car's. Paid my bill in full then phones me because he forgot I had paid some of it cash just as well I keep the receipt. Soo after the repairs and MOT had to take the car back as a part was not repaired correctly. Over a year later he phoned me out of the blue said my daughter had taken the car back and there's an outstanding amount of £99 but he had nowhere to send the bill had mine and my daughter's phone number could not check this because it was 13 months before paid this very reluctantly. Never use this garage run by Jim would not say he was honest all the other reviews are nearly 10 years old on here

Really good service. Helpful people that you can trust who will not try and rip you off. Can be hard to find a good garage but this is one.

I own a Red 2002 VW Golf, Jim the owner of Bongate Garage has serviced and carried out all the work on this vehicle since I bought it in 2007.

Jim is a fantastic motor engineer and nothing is too difficult for him, his customer service is second to none and the other great thing about Jim is that customers can trust him implicitly regarding jobs carried out and charges incurred.
