Poor quality work, high prices.
These people repaired my brother - in - laws car, charged us for a reconditioned engine but simply put in a second hand engine from a scrap yard which they fitted badly causing further problems a few months down the line.
For this they charged an exorbitant price by saying repeatedly that the problem was bigger than they had thought.
Had the country not been in lockdown we would have stopped the process a lot earlier but all the car dealers were closed and my brother in law needed faced losing his job without a car. Being taken advantage of thus left us with a more unpleasant impression than if we had simply been ripped off.
