Super advice and always correct. He is very funny when having to deal with dumb customers, but I wouldn't ever go anywhere else, even though I suspect I might sometimes fall into that category Ha ha. He goes to a lot of trouble to ensure that what he supplies is the right item for your particular make/model of vehicle.

I've known Steve via his shop for years, I definitely trust his advice. Nobody can know everything, but I he knows more than most. Going to be better than Halfords or Main dealer advice that's for sure ! Prices are as low as it's possible to go. If I need service parts I will trek up from Chorley because I know it'll be cheap & right

Volksworld is first class.
The guy who runs it is a really good bloke.
He does have to deal with some real plonkers though.
I have been in the shop when he has had some real dozy callers on the phone.
He is fast and businesslike.
Nice guy, very helpful.
More importantly I have 100% confidence in his advice.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I live some 9 miles from voltsworld and have used this business for the last 8 years.The gentleman serving you is the owner.I must admit He is a straight talking bloke but I have allways found Him helpfull.In the past He has even met me at the M55 round-about at Kirkham on His way home to give me a part I have ordered to save me having to travel to Preston to collect.

On the whole, prices wise, this store is a plus.
But this place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. This is from the manager, no less. He's rude, unhelpful and patronising - and has even put the phone down on me.
I'm still fuming from my last encounter, and vowed not to return - he doesn't deserve my money.
