Been coming here for 19 years as I work near by.
Popped in today just for a quick oil top up.
Went into the office & no queue - just one couple in front of me being served who were paying. All were busy talking amongst themselves.

I was completely ignored. Not even a glance in my direction.

Person at desk , still without acknowleding me, then left office to get car for the customer he was busy talking to.

Whilst doing that, another car pulled up outside & parked right next to mine & the man from the office immediately engaged with the car owners & their concerns over their car. It seemed he had no intention of dealing with me.

I went outside & stood right next to my car & this man from the office, hoping he would acknowledge my existence & speak to me.
However I was still ignored. Not even a glance at me.

I went right past him to my car door, got in and left.
No one appeared the least bit bothered or interested.

This is downright rude & offensive. Not to mention a spit in the face for giving them 19 yrs of business .

Not sure if they will welcome this comment but they fixed my rear brake light and didn't want payment.

Previously, I have had a number of other good experiences with them. I once had my Audi serviced there. By chance, my car was then fully inspected by another garage and found to be faultless. So I trust their expertise entirely.

All the family cars go to here for MoT, & most go for servicing & repair. As others have said they are very honest & reliable.

Ive always received good service at Peter Sylvester & Sons. They are friendly, reliable and have no need to invent problems to get extra work as they are very popular.

Honest, friendly, helpful, good value-for-money, high standard of work. I cannot praise Silvesters highly enough - they are the perfect local garage. (Also they do not treat women as idiots as some garages do, which is another bonus point)
