Superb garage. I had my camper in for an MOT and service. Very thorough, very fair and a great price. Staff professional and freindly. From the receptionis, engineer Tom and the charming Rumanian mechanic (rude of me not to ask his name) who delivered my camper. Great job you can do all my cars.

Great garage - two words I wouldn't normally put together! Steve is always friendly, helpful and efficient; and I consider him completely trustworthy. A real local gem!

Unlike the other local garages I have used, Motormech have never added any unnecessary jobs to the bill and have been always honest and open in assessing what work needs to be done and whether it is urgent or not.

I have been using Motormech for some years and they are the best independant garage I have ever used. Steve is a master at customer service and juggles his work load without ever passing on the pressure (that he is often obviously under!). My cars are now aging and despite this Steve treats me as any other customer with knowledgable sound advice explaining in detail if I ask. If he doesn't know [he usually does!) he finds out and calls back. I have had no nasty surprises. Pricing is always conveyed prior to work completed and the most complex tasks (streering/suspension/engine etc.) have all been carried out with no followup issues. Steve's team is very amenable and there is clearly a great team approach to the success of Motormech that focusses on customer satisfaction.
A hidden gem in a rather hit and miss industry, I highly recommend Motormech. (I don't normally do this but I fell over this site and I feel I owe them this small reference). Thanks guys, keep it up!

We have used Motormech to service our two cars for several years now. I have nothing but praise for the way Steve has treated us and for the service we have received. We feel we have always been given sound, honest advice, clear options on what parts to use and fair prices. It is wonderful to deal with a business you feel you can count upon and which inspires your confidence - no smarm, no shortcuts, not extortionate just sensible, reliable and able to explain what is required to a non expert. I don't normally recommend services to others but I think Motormech deserves recognition for the great job it does.
