Well simply that the staff (Dave and Neil) are 'old school' honest mechanics who really know their stuff and will work with you to find the most cost effective solution ... not the type who just say a 'box' needs changing without looking at other solutions. We were half way to our holiday when the coil pack on the car went pop - the guys at Chapels saw that we were in a fix and dropped everything to fix it.
