As joe public and no mechanic I've visited the Leatherhead site a number of times to buy a specific brand of motor oil for my BMW.I'm 100% sure the counter staff have a wealth of motoring knowledge as they can reel off the prices of the un-priced goods all around the counter without referring to any pricelist or computerised point of sale device.
