Can't begin to tell you how exceptional John Sewell and his team of mechanics are. They'll take the time to explain to you why something's not working, tell you then and there how much it will cost, and call up the parts place to order it in while you're there. It's an exceptional service that I have never found anywhere else, and I've been blessed to find good mechanics as a rule wherever I've lived around the world and in the UK. Not only that, they charge an incredibly fair price, plus offer a lift home when in difficulty. I can't praise them enough, I am emigrating in a couple of weeks time and I just wish I could take these guys with me. If you live in Uttoxeter, or close enough, don't go to anyone else -- or at least give John Sewell a go -- I guarantee it'll be one of the best decisions you ever made.

As a blonde female I do find garages intimidating places and when I found this little gem I was delighted as I foud them to be helpful, friendly and not patronising in any way. We have now had two cars serviced and one fixed in the last 6 months and I am very happy. They have just offered to come and pick me up to save me getting the bus to pick my car up! Fantastic.
