Adderley Green Garage

I regularly use Adderley Green garage for MOTs and work to my motorhomes.
Courteous, efficient, fair and pleasant.
Above all, they do what they say they will.
It's not easy to find a garage as good as this.

I have used this garage for several years now and have always found them to be efficient and value for money. I run 2 cars and both have been looked after by the garage from simple things such as MOT's to replacement shock absorbers, batteries, etc... They seem to fit you in quite quickly and their communication with you is good, you are never surprised by extras on a bill that they haven't told you about! I would recommend this garage to family and friends.

Hello have used this garage and found them pleasant enough but their diagnostic skills are very limited and anything more complicated than a Ford Fiesta seems to flumox them!
Would i use again? maybe ,but for simple tasks only.

Our car required an MOT, Adderley green was the first number we found in the phonebook, upon calling for an appointment we were fitted in the very same day, a Friday!

On the way to the test one of our windscreen wipers broke off, when we arrived we asked if they could fit a new one to get it through the MOT, they said yes right away.

The car did fail the MOT but only on 1 thing, part of the steering rack, we had a free retest with them so we asked them to complete the repairs. They ordered the part and requested we come back the following tuesday.

On tuesday it turned out that the part sent by the distributor was wrong, this was 100% not the garages fault. They advised us of the issue, re-scheduled for us, told us the new price of the work (Needed a genuine citroen part so it cost a fraction more) and apologised for the problems.

We showed up on thursday and left the car with them, three hours later we returned just as the car was being finished, they had replaced the part, re-done the tracking and done the re-test on the MOT.

The car runs better than ever, and it was great to begin with. Service was pleasant, communication excellent and prices were very reasonable for such an experienced and well regarded garage.

Service is also FAST! From first call to completely fixed and MOT'd took less than a week. That inculdes the mis-delivered part problems.

We will be repeat customers here and are also recommending the garage to friends.
