Dales Auto Spares

Been going to Dales for years, if they haven't got it on the shelf, its ordered there and then, and sometimes arrives in Dales the same day if not the next.
A great local business run by 2 great people, if you want to have a chat, go to Dales, if you want proper customer service go to Dales. Also Dale might even tell you a joke !!!
This place is what a proper Auto Spares shop should be like, your treated as a person not a customer.

staff are very helpful will always try and get your part.
have have been using dales for over 20 years and never had any problems, nice family run business.

Went in for a new head light bulb today for my golf, both couldn't help enough, i asked about new wipers but wasn't sure the size i would need. The guys measured my existing blades and supplied a new set...very cheap and Andy even fit them for nothing without asking....then he replaced my headlight bulb too........fantastic service..cheers

I have been using Dales for a few years now him and his wife are lovely people always great service and will bend over backwards to help you and prices are very good

Dale and Carol at Dales Auto spares in Warrington certainly do go the extra mile for their customers, Dales knowledge is amazing and what he doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing, they always look after you and get the right parts for you in extra quick time.

Excellent, Went in for some brake pads and a reverse light switch for my fiesta, charged me for one set of pads but give me 2 different ones to see which ones were the correct ones, not knowing if i had ABS or not. I thought they would have took my details or something and thought they would want the unused ones back within the day, but i was just told to return them within 'a week or so'. The switch was not in stock at the time but they had it in within the hour! Decent prices too! Job's a gooden'

I,ve just phoned up Dale and his wife to enquire about a battery for my car. Just like everyone else nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly and Dale answered all my questions as similar to other female drivers I dont want to be ripped off especially when not really knowing much about cars (dont judge me guys lol). I have been to Dale's Auto Spares before and it is the first name on the list for good quality, friendly, honest advice, Please do not ever shut down!

Nothing is too much trouble for both Dale and his wife, who also works in the shop. The prices can't be beaten, and as female (where some garages think they can charge us anything because we are not mechanical minded) Dale prides himself on looking after those of us who haven't got much of a clue when it comes to cars, ensuring we don't get ripped off.

very fast with obtaining parts an willing to help.
Very good quality parts has also helped me with my old morris minor and Narrow Boat parts amd also with my peugeot 306 and other cars I have owned in the past.

Great people to deal with, as a woman I find them Ideal. I don’t always know the correct item or terminology that I need, & they are always there to help. Would highly recommend & never use anyone else.

The service at Dales is fantastic. I always use him. I got new front coil springs, and he let me borrow his own spring compressors.
I had the car in bits and he even dropped the parts off after close of business because he only lives a couple of miles away. What a guy.
If it’s not in the shop and you phone for it in the morning, he gets it for about 2pm the same day. Great service.

Phoned Dales yesterday for front discs and pads for a x type jaguar after shoppng around the Liverpool and Warington area. Dales prices were by far better than any other quote I got including Halfords trade prices. Thanks.

If it's not on the shelf (which is unusual) Dale will usually get the part within an hour or two.Most of the taxi drivers use him because his prices are good to.The best in the area by far.
