The service we recieved from this garage was appalling ,a bit of customer care would of been of great help but alas it seems to be out of reach to them ,needless to say wont be buying from them again ,shame because untill we handed money over they seemed ok .

We were sorry to see that Barry was not happy with the service that we provided, like with most warranties, key related problems are not covered. We were happy to arrange for the key fob to be repaired at cost if found to be faulty even though the vehicle was over ten years old. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and aftersales.
