excellent service they look after our fleet of over 40 vehicles and never let us down highly recomended

Waiting 2 hours in a freezing cold waiting room for 3 tyres to be changed and tracking adjusted, not impressed, will not be using them again

I've use PM for several years now. Always had polite, friendly and efficient service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help and have never failed to keep me up to speed with what's happening.

fantastic service, good value, used them for years and will continue to do so. cannot understand the negatives given by others, if they havent anything positive to say dont bother just go to another garage. in my experience there are alot worse out there

Have been using them for last few years for MOT and tyres.
Always given excellent friendly service.
I tend to do my own repairs so can't comment on this.
I've never had a bad experience with them at all and they also use a txt update service for MOT reminders which are always useful.
Land Rover is in for MOT as I write this, Fingers crossed it passes :o)

Cheap service provider. Customer service could be better - slow to analyse issue and get permission to fix parts. Car had to be booked back in again, when should have been done within a day.

Very poor service, I had to tell them how to get my spare wheel off. Also gave me wrong information over the phone which caused me inconvenience. I will not use this garage again.
