They are always knowledgeable and helpful. My battery was continually running down and the AA told me it needed replacing. I took it back to Toucan Trading and they said that they would test it and gave me a new battery while they tested it. I did not have the receipt, but they told me that the manufacturers could check that the guarantee time had not run out and would honour it. It turned out that the battery was fine and it was a problem with the alternartor. They exchanged the fully charged battery back for me and charged me nothing. That is what you call service!
