ive used this garage for many years. the guys are honest and reliable at all times ive never had to go back twice with the same problem. they do what they tell you with no short cuts.i wouldnt consider going any where else. keep up the good work hanif and your team.

I have been here numerous times as an emergency and everytime i've been here i've promised myself i won't come to this garage again.

In my experience, the work carried out is unprofessional and unreliable. I took my car here this one instance and they broke my bonnet latch - when i complained they said to wait for another car (meaning another customer) to drive in which is same/similar model as mine so that they can swap the components. In the end, i decided to pay the garage less and fix this problem (that they caused).

Reliability is a big thing when it comes to someone working on your car and for me these guys are not to be trusted. Admittedly there are some good guys working there who would give you sound advice, but ultimately it comes down to management.

I hope these guys would improve their services to customers in a sincere and honest way until then i won't be recommending anyone to them.

This is possibly the first and only garage in my experience that is honest, very good value, does not overcharge and only does the work that is needed without finding unnecessary extra jobs to add to the cost.

I was introduced to this garage by the RAC who took my partner's car there for an emergency repair. We both now take our cars to Handsworth Autos.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Handsworth Autos - which I do whenever anyone asks me about where to go for servicing or problems with their cars.

Very honest and realible guys you can trust. will never over charge you.
