Bought a headlight bulb, their book identified the wrong part took it back and was refused refund. More expensive than anyone else I know but was in the vicinity when bulb was required. I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

in response to your complaint our bulbs are the cheapest in the area and we fit 90% of bulbs free of charge i myself as manager and the rest of the staff are very helpful and try to resolve any problems if any that arise are you sure you have the right shop? if you wish to pop back in the shop i will be happy to supply and fit the correct bulb regards darren ( shop manager )
