John Hall Tyres have been the best in the business in the local area for nearly 30 years now. Friendly, reliable, punctual service and always offer a very competitive price. They make buying tyres etc simple! It also looks like they have new management so the place has really been smartened up. Everyone i know uses them, much better (and cheaper) than the big chains..

There has been improvements in john halls recently but they don't seem to have any management to push the staff I was sat waiting 20 minutes for a puncture. Then they tell me the tyre was scrap due to perishing on the tread where the tyre is only 2 months old experience count's sooner they have a experienced staff the better I only hope my next visit won't be so gloomy

I have recently had to make a visit john hall tyres,I was taken back and quite suprised how it has changed,The staff looked quite smart and well presented and friendly.There was also a new customer waiting lounge were I remember a little pokey reception and know I cannot belive the change also the workshop area was freshly painted and clean.But overall the price off the tyres were still very competative. I will be passing this on too all my friends and work colleagues to go there.Thanks for a great service. Mrs P

I called in to John Hall tyre Oldbury to be greeted by friendly staff which I thought was very good I had a strange noise coming from under the car which I was told when checked that my rear silencer had an hole in it the staff showed me this and I was shown in to the reception area were I was given my quote I was also offered a price on my middle section at discounted price if I had both parts fitted which I thought was quite good so had it done.I waited in the customer waiting area which was very smart and was also offered a Drink while my car was being fixed.I would really recommend this company and would be using them again.Thankyou to all

I arrived at john Hall tyres and was greeted by a member off staff straight away which I thought was very proffesional off them I needed to tyres on the front off my Mondeo they checked the car and gave me a report. I bought the 2 tyres from then and found them very competitive and also got my Wheel Alignment checked but was told it was ok.

So I will be recomending them to friends and family.

I was charged for a puncture repair when it was actually a faulty valve and then told I needed a new tyre because there was a bulge in the wall. They will not have my custom again.
