Pine Garage

Hi, I am the director and service engineer that repairs & services AC machines.
As a service provider to Pine Garage, I wanted to share this observation & experience. Whenever I visited the site to service & repair their equipment, I have noticed that the customers are always listened to and treated with respect.
They all work to a high standard to complete their tasks to give high customer satisfaction..
They all work as a team and are very good at what they do.

Fitted me in to fit diagnose fault and then repair it within 24 hours although they were extremely busy. No other garages for miles around were able to help me.
I was really grateful as I was only visiting the area and could not return home without their help.

Jim and his team are simply wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.
They can take on any work and they have solved a problem on one of our cars that other garages failed to do! I have absolute faith in this excellent team and I can recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever. It seems that most other customers have had similar experiences to me and the team work with a large range of cars etc.

Have been going there for 21 years and never had cause for complaint. Honest folk who know their motors and who never try to rip you off, unlike eg a Mercedes garage. I am a big fan.

The guys there are fab, hugely knowledgable, friendly, great impartial advice and always helpfull.
