Millbank Garage Cradley Limited

Phoned up for a quote to have some work done on my car but the person on the other end of the phone was very unprofessional and was rude on the phone. I knew what the problem was on the car but they still wanted to charge me for diagnostic that I didn’t need never use this garage.

Drove my car to AllTrack4x4- Millbank Garage, having agreed itinery of work to be undertaken, with the words "yes, yes, we can do it". Two months later it was picked up on a tow truck and returned to me with one job completed and the words "We don't want to work on this car any more" ringing in my ears. Communication was zero unless instigated by myself, it was on the car park for 3 and half weeks before they even moved it, and they wondered why I lost my temper! If they couldn't do the jobs they should have said so in the first place. As for 5 star feedback we all have friends who can leave feedback!
Utter disgrace and a waste of 2 months!
