My mother arranged to view a car the day after she rang, gave a time she would be there. She was told that the car wouldn't be let go until she'd viewed. She telephoned first thing to say she would be setting off, and was told 'sorry, we've arranged for someone else to come, and we've told that person we won't sell it until they've viewed'. This was after my mother had arranged it. She had arranged for someone to view with her, so it didn't just mess up one persns day, it messed up two. The garages excuse was 'well we don't know you. Lots of people say they're coming and don't'. This is a poor way to run a business. Do not touch this business. They are not reliable and have no morals.
