Everyone at Phillimores is so friendly, nothing seems too much trouble for them. Over the last 12 months I have been completely happy with the high standard of service I receive each time. On one occasion I needed a light bulb changed, which proved very fiddly, and was simply asked to donate something in the charity box! How kind!
