I service my Audi Q5 2014 every year with AUDI recommended garage. My car was very noisy from last year and I found that it was not smooth when driving. I serviced my car 2 months before with the same AUDI garage. At that time I told them about my car's noisiness but they didn't do any action during that time and advised me to book for inspection for £120.
I took my car to T R Autos Wimbledon and Mr Tharma checked my car. He opened the oil cap while the engine is running and noticed that the oil is spraying out of the cap due to the back pressure from the engine. He told that it should not do like that with low mileage of 40k of my car and suspected that the AUDI garage may have sucked the oil from top without draining from bottom as lazy to remove lot of screws. When draining the old oil he showed me the dark colour of it. He flushed the engine with some flushing liquid, changed the oil with new oil filter. Now my car is very quiet and smooth. I called him and expressed my happiness straightaway.
No more visit to AUDI garage but to T R Autos. Strongly recommend
