My own background is engineering degrees plus "served my time". Used to do all servicing etc until my job took me overseas frequently.
We have used Chris Fairburn for about 20 years, for a very wide variety of vehicles. He is the only person that I trust to service/repair our vehicles, after a local main dealer returned a nearly new car 1st service with no oil, no water, and a rear brake locked on.
Inexpensive. Sources best deal on parts. Turns our cars around often at short notice. Able to sort out realy obscure faults, such as Skoda Octavia ECU and Grand Vitara starter motor (cable "pinched" during factory assembly!)As I drive in remote parts of Eastern Europe, such as Slovakia, I need to be sure of 100% reliability.
Chris and his primary fitter Lee are a joy to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Always happy to discus technical issues or explain to my very non-technical wife.
Thoroughly recomend without any reservation whatsoever.
