My experience with this garage was nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. I had specific instructions from my warranty company, and I made it clear to the garage when I initially contacted them. I needed a comprehensive diagnosis of the issues with my vehicle, along with a detailed breakdown of the required parts and labor, as per my warranty company's requirements.

The garage assured me that they could fulfill my needs, claiming to have dealt with warranty companies before. Based on this assurance, I decided to use their services. However, when I received the quote after picking up my car, it was shockingly inadequate. It merely stated that the "gearbox needs to be removed and repaired" with a cost of "In excess of £3000."

When I confronted the garage about the lack of detail, they admitted they could only provide such a vague quote, contrary to what they had previously promised on the phone. They mentioned the possibility of creating a more detailed quote if the warranty company rejected it. To my dismay, the warranty company did reject the quote, leaving me in a difficult situation.

Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, the garage failed to respond promptly and effectively. I contacted them multiple times, requesting more detailed information, but each time, they assured me they would send it soon. However, I received no response and was left hanging.

Now, I find myself out of pocket, having paid £144 for a worthless piece of paper containing a vague quote that the warranty company won't accept. The garage is now even refusing to undertake the work mentioned in their initial quote. It's truly a disappointing and frustrating situation, as I've paid for a service that was never delivered as promised.

Needless to say, I won't be returning to this garage, and I strongly advise others to think twice before considering their services.
