Terrington Service Station

Absolutely appalling 'service' station with equally horrific mechanics who work there! Took my car to be looked over ONLY, I was very specific about this and told them multiple times and was fully prepared to pay for labour and time taken to check it over. Returned to find they had done expensive works on my car that I had not given permission for. After querying why this had been carried out without permission I said I'd have to pay part today and the rest next week. I was met with shouting and aggression, one of the mechanics stood over my babies pushchair and shouted at me and blocked the doorway of the office to prevent me from leaving. Then he and a colleague aggressively moved their vehicles to block my way before continuing to shout and refusing to listen to any reason. They are intimidating and unprofessional and should be avoided under any and all circumstances!! Absolutely horrific establishment.
