Having used this MoT service for several years I won't ever use them again. The 'team' here is not what it was.
Apart from one individual the testers were not just rude but obnoxious. I am a retired vehicle technician and their decisions are based on how much they can screw you for on repairs.
But all that aside - there is no excuse for surly, aggressive behavior. Politeness costs nothing.
