Terrible service
We booked a date with them in advance and they were meant to pick up the car. They simply didn't show up, so we phoned them. They said sorry they were busy on that day and offered another date a week later.
We received the car back after the service with one of the hub-caps missing and we were also grossly over charged for the labor for some of the repairs done.
We had confirmed the price of the MOT with them 3 times and when we had finally received the bill, they had over charged us. We were told that we needed to go into the garage to receive our refund.
There were no apologies made for the hub-cap missing nor the over-charged bill not even for the inconvenience of having to travel to the garage to get the refund.
