Since moving from Middlesbrough this is now my local MOT station and i'm just as fortunate with this one as the one i used there.
My car failed it's MOT on emissions, i was adviced of probable cause and cure which i carried out myself.
Took back for retest and car passed after extended emission test.
I'd recommend this place to everyone local.

I took my XSara Picasso to Brandon Test Centre this week, and was able to book an MOT for the next day and i found the staff very friendly and helpful. The MOT was complete within an hour and i recieved a call from them stating the work needed for it to pass. They completed the work within 2 hrs and the car was ready to collect the same day. I was charged for the MOT and only for parts, no labour charges, which i think is fantastic. There would be plenty of places that would throw an hour or two of labour into the price. I cant speak highly enough of this place and they will certainly get my repeat business.

We don’t think your comment is fair and appropriate for the quality of service we offer here in Brandon Test Centre. We know who you are but we will not mention your name here cause of your own right as our customer. But please don’t tell us we didn’t deal with this matter because we did. But you just didn’t hear the word you wanted to hear from us. You’re complaining because you already went and get the bank cheque ready to pay us but after the repair, it turns out to be CHEAPER than expected and you COMPLAINED. We do our Estimate higher for obvious reason we have to think the worst case scenario. We could have just charge you the amount we estimated but it didn’t take as long as we thought and we can’t charge you more for the service that should be less. In summary this situation is been dealt with, we offer you CASH BACK which you accepted instead of just editing the invoice and keep the estimated price. For future comment make sure you don’t rate our business cause your not happy with a “person or our boss” because people here wanted to know the quality of service we provide on cars and mot test and not your personal feelings.
