They are helpful and keen to sell. Brought a car with long MOT But car broke down less then a month after purchase with major fault. 1 week later another major fault. R & B not interested and refused to discuss or look at the car. Car too expensive to fix so will have to be scrapped. Would not recommend them to any one looking for a reliable second hand car.

I brought a car 5 weeks ago and had to be towed twice with major repairs. First the alternator then two days later the gear box died. I have contacted the garage and they have said that it is tough they don't offer warrantees even though the website says they do. They were quick to sell the car but I would not buy from them again as I would not expect a car to fail majorly twice in less then two months especially as it is MOT'd til Feb 2011.
