Booked my van in for Oil and filter change this morning 22/9/23 at 09.00 I’ve just rang the garage at 15.00 hrs and was told it would be done soon . It’s now 17.15 and I have rang again and there’s No replies!! They have had my van for 9 hours !! It’s absolutely ridiculous for me to loose a day work because the garage hasn’t been in touch to let me know when my van will be ready, it appears the garage is Now shut ! And I’ve repeatedly rang and there’s no answer and I’ve no van . I hope that my vehicle is safely secured in there premises and not left outside the garage . I haven’t given permission for the garage to keep my van over night and I’m unsure if the garage is open on Saturday.This will be another days work lost because they haven’t done the work on my van.
