It is extremely difficult to contact them, other than walking in. The phone often rings for 10 minutes, or is off the hook for at least half an hour. There is no published email address, and they don't answer emails sent by them.
Getting dates and times for jobs depends on one particular part-timer being available, and occasionally he doesn't turn up.
Nice people when you get to talk with them, but that is difficult and not efficient.
