Took the car in to get an electric window fixed and a loose exhaust pipe secured. Booked the car in a couple of weeks ahead. Went back to get the car only to find out none of the work had been done. Was just given a long list of things they said needed doing and told me to rebook. Drove the car out and it broke down right outside the garage. They towed it back, said it was ok. Within one week it had broken down again and suffered "catastrophic engine failure" according to another garage. Had had the car for 20 years with no previous mechanical issues or warning lights. Have since heard similar stories from others. Would not trust them with another car.
