Issue with starter motor - not starting. Quick to come out, test battery using a battery booster. Having no success, they carried car to garage. Picking up car after fix - they replaced the starter motor fuse and charged £120. Engineer said it was probably a damp fuse. Neither the engineer or their invoice stated any other work was performed. On questioning the cost, I was told the engineer's report said that the starter process was checked -asking to see this report I was told it was verbal only. I asked for some cash back as I felt badly let down by this garage service - especially after a referral from a friend. Absolutely nothing offered. This leads me to question their competency and ensure that I never use their services again!!
