Used .. this Garage for annual MOT on 2 occasions and was happy with service However on this third occasion the mechanic was informed by myself there was a problem with my driver door and it would not open. The mechanic informed me he had fixed the problem and I paid £147 in total including £39 for the MOT and £108 for labour and parts to repair the door. The problem had not been fixed and I had to return to the Garage. The mechanic told me "must have been luck that it started oppening again because it actually needs a new Part." Therefore the mechanic had to order the part and on final collection of the car bill was £240. I queried the bill I had already paid to repair the door originally as it was not fixed and I thought there should have been a discount on the second payment as they did not fix the problem originally or spot that the door needed a new part, which they refused. I reluctantly paid the bill in the office and the car was brought to the front of the garrage left running, with the key left in the ignition without staff members ensuring it was safe. What a way to treat customers realising they did not solve the problem orginially and not negotiating on price.
