Solus Accident Repair Centres

Was worried about sending my car here for repair because of the reviews but I have to say that they were nothing but professional. Collected and delivered car to me. My car came back immaculate. I admitted to kerbing their courtesy car and scratching the alloy but they still reimbursed my £50.00 deposit. More that happy with the whole experience.

I would rather send my car to the gates of hell than to send it here again. Shocking repair/work not completed. Car battery flat and further investigation required by a proper garage. Non existent customer service with a couldn't care less attitude. Never never use them.

Firstly, please be aware that Solus are wholly owned by AVIVA Insurance.

When they tried to return my car it had screws lying about on the back seats for small mouths to swallow and a poorly finished paint repair.

They tried (in vain) to charge me £25 for not valeting the loan car on its return and £10 because they claimed the car was only 7/8ths full! Very sneaky behaviour. The loan car horn did not work and the reception staff are truly awful. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I am very dissapointed with this garage. I have a car which was in a heavy accident and when they returned the vehical to me. I did not accept it as there were a list of problems.

1) Tyres replaced did not match original - it was claimed the originals were not available - I found them on the Web in seconds and in Luton.
2) The Alloys were damaged in the accident but had not been replaced.
3) The repaired sill apeared out of line
4) The paint was a poor match.

This company is an approved repairer by the insurance world but I woul not recommend them

Shocking work - they left broken glass and mud in my car and didn't fix the problem. They quickly sent out a separate company to clean the car. And then all the other problems they hadn't fixed became apparent.
