To be fair car repair satisfactory but service and communications Poor in regards to car collection, delivery and when being completed, they give a date, then the date is pushed back and then ten days earlier than that date you get a phone call saying your cars ready, it will be returned to you today, we will to advise a time but ten minutes later its outside your house.
Worst issue is the cleanliness the car was in once returned, white powder in and outside, in the seams, imbedded into the seats, the dash just wiped and basically grease just spread all over and black greasy hand marks on the ceiling and a really strong aerosol smell which you couldn't breath inside the car with. W when you call to request to get it sorted out they try to just brush you off saying they have done there job and don't have to clean it, I expect the car to be returned in the same state that it went to them in especially that it was in for a repair of an accident not my fault, eventually they sent a couple of guys to give it a clean but still not the best, will need a proper clean to get the imbedded dirt out - check this before you accept your car back from them, that's not how it should be returned!!!
