Very poor, awful. The place is literally in the middle of nowhere off A10 between Ely and Cambridge and hard to reach without a car. I booked in February 2023 but they could only offer me a slot in late March 2023. There was no flexibility about the dates and they gave me no options except to drop off the car for a whole day which is a great inconvenience for me (it curtailed my work day). But they promised on the phone that the advantage of leaving the car there is that all would be ready by the end of the day. I dropped the car off and had a relative drive me there and back. Despite leaving the car at 9am they only started working on it in later afternoon! The relative offered me a lift back but could not wait for me. I got there at 4pm and waited. At around 4:50 the car was finally ready and I they told me it failed the MOT. The main reason I agreed to drop it off for the whole day was because they said all would be done and it would be ready. If they had done it earlier, they would have fixed the MOT issue on time! It was awful, I was literally desperate as I had to rush back to Cambridge to pick my kids from after school club. They were highly adversarial (I would say rude and raised their voice) and suggested they could not give me the car unless I signed a waiver. I was on the verge of a breakdown stuck in the middle of nowhere, without a car and with my kids in Cambridge, their club closing. They seemed to have no understanding, they were rude and indifferent! I had to get the car despite the failed MOT but then I had to waste the next day as well to bring it back for the remaining repair again with the added complication of finding transport. It was nightmare! I am a busy NHS professional and (1) Half of my workday was compromised by gallivanting between Waterbeach and Cambridge. (2) they were rude and disorganised dropping the failed MOT on me while they were closing shop. I have been having my car MOT-ed there since 2016 but never again.

Terrible Experience. I had booked an appointment with them as I had engine mentainance light on (something which only VW can repair as I was told by private service provider) and also for entertainment screen not working. In their diagnosis they said there are other things they found which needs repair as well (like ACC) with total price around 1000 pounds. I thought it would be great to sort all the issues at once and agreed to proceed. One thing to note the entertainment screen had this issue for some time and I had shown this already to them before this visit and they tried to fix it by updating the software and even then they tried to fix this issue by updating software again (which did not work). So for entertainment screen in nutshell they had a part in their car which cannot be repaired even by themselves. However things started to go south from that point. Within just couple of weeks after they fixed everything, my engine maintenance light was on again which they fixed. And there after 2-3 weeks again the engine maintenance light was on, but this time they said the ACC is is not working (which they fixed literally 2-3 weeks ago) and they said it would cost another 2000 pounds. So when I asked how can the part which they fixed 2-3 weeks ago is not working despite very less use of the car and shouldn't they have any warranty of their own work. They flatout rejected this. So I decided to not spend another couple grands.

In summary be prepared to visit them and find more issues than you already have and get charged astronomical prices for their work.
