I have been ripped off from another garage here in Bedford and last time when my car wouldn't start the recovery guy told me to go to William Rutter! They were fully booked for one week but the service was really honest! Bill is the best!

I have been using Bill's garage for over 20 years and been extremely happy and relaxed in the knowledge that I am getting good service and expertise but of being ripped off, I run a Mercedes and have had the dealers fitting brake pads saying that they were worn down to Leeds than 20% when in fact they still had 80% left , bill doesn't employ those tactics he doesn't. Need to his reputation as an honest garage brings in his work!

I broke down while staying in Bedford and was recommended to call Rutters. They came out the same day to run diagnostic tests, even though they had other work on and looked at the car. It couldn't be fixed in situ as it required a new fuel pump (correctly diagnosed during the visit) but was fixed the following day and then delivered back to me to save me having to try and get to the garage. Excellent service and, all things considered, a fair price for the work completed. Would highly recommend this garage for their first class service, honesty and reasonable pricing. Thanks Bill !
