Hillside Mot & Repairs

My family have used the garage for years and always had a great experience and very reasonably priced.

Booked over a week in advance to have some repair work done on my car. When I arrived on the morning the team informed they couldn't do my car as the team member who did the work had walked out 3 days before, however nobody had thought to inform me?! When I questioned this, one person told me they didn't have my number (which I left), another person told me the phone lines had been down...

My car was due to be returned to the dealership 4 days later so the work needed to be done ASAP. I explained this to the manager and owner of the garage who both quite frankly didn't care. They weren't interested in trying to help me find another garage or even rectify the problem. The owner eventually offered to let a trainee do the work but then told me if it was rubbish there would be no comeback on my part and I'd still have to pay £300... How unprofessional.

I'd used this garage previously for MOT's, so has my partner and our family members. Never again!
