If you want honesty you come here, may take longer as its a one man band but definitely worth waiting as a proper job is done first time!

Keeping customers up to date. Have been ringing most days to be given continual promises of 'It'll be ready by', only to ring up on the specified day to be told that they haven't started fixing the problem, despite the repeated reassurances. Will not be using them again.
