I needed a locking petrol cap for my old camper van,these are no longer available,tryed every no one could get one.asked turbo spares they looked at searched through old stock and found a cap that would fit ,thanks.

I urgently needed a belt tensioner for a Ford Explorer and was told by Bristol Street Motors Worcester (Ford Dealer) that there were none in the country. Turbospares sourced one and I had it next day. Ironically it came from Bristol Street Motors in Birmingham. Great service from Turbo Spares! Shame on Bristol Street Motors Worcester for not obtaining one from one of their other branches.

Very bad experience with Turbo Spares UK. 4 months wasted waiting for a new water pump. They never returned my daily calls and were even sarcastic. Finally it took a month to have a refund and my old water pump back (they wanted it to check the model). FRUSTRATING!

In June this year I ordered parts from turbo spare. The order was supposed to take 4 days but I ended up waiting 3 weeks. In the 3 weeks that I was waiting I was told that the truck bringing the parts in from the depot had had a breakdown, this was a week before they arrived.They also took my reg so they could match the parts with the car. The parts came from a scrap yard and did not fit so the match was not good.I am now struggling to get a refund even though it is less than 2 months that I recieved the parts. Also the manager of the shop was sarcastic.
