Good service, guys there talk through what needs or does not need doing - show you what they are doing.

Prices always competitive and they usual fit parts e.g. battery, for free where other places would charge extra.

Always keen to help - once opened early so I could drop the car off before work.

This garage is definitely the best I have ever encountered.

Just think of all the things you would wish for from your ideal garage: honesty, trustworthy service, they actually ring you when they say they will, they stick to their original quotes, they remember you when you go back, they give free advice, why are you still taking your car anywhere else? THIS IS THE BEST GARAGE IN THE MIDLANDS BAR NONE.
I am on my sixtieth car and well into my second million miles of driving.
Having run cars for business I know the value of a good service department.
You just don't get this type of service from Ford, Vauxhall, Peugeot, VW, Mercedes, Toyota, BMW, Renault, Citroen or Nissan. Keep up the good work chaps. You are the best.

Like the previous reviewer, I too have used this garage for many years and have never had anything but tip top service.

They seem to have hung on to the old values of courtesy, follow up and always are looking for customer satisfaction.

I have used them several times over the years and have always found them to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Their charges are very reasonable.
