I bought a 2nd hand van in Aug 2010 for top book price with the promise of full service, thorough insp and new mud guard.
When I collected the van a whole week later they had simply stamped the service book and not carried out the service, left it with absolutely no fuel in it and they said the mud guard would be sent on to me.
6 months later and after numerous phone calls, I am still waiting for the mudguard!
Neales Garage Ltd aftersales care is rubbish, stay clear of them.
