2009 Volkswagen Tiguan Problems

Taken to garage and they say they can't hear anything. Will take the car back to them again as car steering wheel vibrates and does not drive comfortably like it used to.

Could not access car with key fob. So access car manually and central lock worked afterwards when I got home.

Aircon compressor not working since April 2013 and still waiting for parts. Dealer cannot help as they said vw problem with parts.
