2000 Volkswagen Golf Problems

Car runs perfectly then when engine gets warm (90 dgrs) it regularly stalls when pulling away or slowing at a junction or traffic queue

After i have driven mt Car for a very short distance it wont start again. Could be hours or days Before it starts again, can you help?
