Vauxhall Zafira Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss Problems

my zafira is loosing oil without showing signs of a leak and no real smoke problems however it can loose 2 litres of oil in as little as 50 miles.it also judders a little at low speads.any help or advice would be greatly recieved.
